TOPIC: The EUA Community


We have all complained and moaned about our jobs and positions with EUA. We all had our bad days. We all fought, cried, bitched, and laughed together for all the years. I spent 14 years with EUA at Montaup Electric Company. With all the moaning and "crying" I did you thought I might have been unhappy. I wasn't. I started at EUA Montaup when I was 21 years of age. The first and only "real" job I've had. I made more friends and had more laughs in those 14 years than I believe I'll ever have in my life. I will really miss EUA and Montaup. I'm still here now at the so called Somerset Operations, but it will never be the same. Damn deregulation. Say Hello to Johnny Hart for me will ya?

For the last five years of his life my dad and I were best friends. We'd "belly-up" for a beer together every day after work. Well...when dad died of cancer in 1996 at the age of 63, I never expected to see the support that I did of my co-workers. Not just at Montaup, but all EUA. With there condolences and support it made a very, very hard time in my life easier than it would have been...I wish there was more I could say than thank you....but....to all...THANK YOU
